100% Recommend - Fantastic Builders! We hired Ademi Construction to redo the ground floor of our Victorian terraced house. All internal walls and a supporting column were removed, kitchen/utility/loo all relocated, everything stripped out and replaced. It was a significant scope of works. We chose Ademi because they had excellent references and, unlike the other builders who had tendered, they provided a detailed quote using a QS, rather than writing ‘provisional sum’ against everything like others had. This is very important and I would urge anyone to prioritise an honest, accurate quote over the lowest, as it will most likely be cheaper in the long run. Our architect's designs included a lot of joinery, fully bespoke kitchen with stainless worktops, and lime wash decoration throughout the home. They completed the works in good time and to a very good standard. No project is without any challenges/unexpected surprises but they dealt with all of these fairly and transparently. You need to trust your builder and I always felt like I could trust the team. Snagging/aftercare I think is where a lot of builders come up short. We had no problems getting the last few things finished, and I would say they’ve gone above and beyond to fix any issues after we moved back in, even things that could be classed as wear and tear and not their responsibility. If we had another project in the future would use them without question.

Ademi team did a major renovation for our house in Kew. They offer great value for money and do a fantastic job. We were referred to Ademi Construction by an architect friend, and we really hit the jackpot. From the very first meeting, it was clear that we were in expert hands: thoughtful, professional, and incredibly capable. The entire team are second to none, full stop. Our home is a Georgian property from the 1830s, located in Little Venice. The lower ground floor originally had a modest kitchen on one side, a similarly sized room opposite, and a rather dead space in the corridor between them. Our dream was to open up the entire area into one large, flowing space. Working closely with our architect and Ademi team took on the job - and what a job it was. As is often the case with older properties, once you peel back the layers, surprises emerge. Behind the false ceiling and beneath the floorboards, we discovered that the house had no foundations at all - it sat directly on the soil. The team had to excavate nearly a metre of earth and pour in two truckloads of concrete to create proper foundations. Only then could they install steel beams, remove internal walls, and complete the transformation of the lower ground floor into one expansive, beautiful living space. One of the most remarkable feats was the removal of the entire back wall of the house to open it to the garden. They installed a 700 kg steel beam to support the structure - an engineering challenge executed flawlessly. On top of that, they laid the foundations and brickwork to prepare for a custom-built conservatory, seamlessly integrating it with the newly opened space. The scale of the work didn’t faze them - in fact, they met every challenge with tireless energy and focus. When we uncovered dangerously compromised joists beneath the music room, with joists that had been cobbled together at a point of weakness directly under the grand piano upstairs by the previous builders who had clearly done a quick-and-dirty job on this house fixing it up for sale, the team completely removed and rebuilt the ceiling/floor structure, creating a rock-solid and beautifully finished solution. Nothing was left half-done or “good enough” - everything was done properly, no shortcuts, no compromises. And what truly sets them apart is their relentless work ethic. I never once saw them stop for tea or sit around chatting - it was nothing but focused, hard work from start to finish, which as a homeowner was both deeply reassuring and incredibly impressive. From the moment they arrived - always early, waiting to start at 8 a.m. sharp - they were head down, full tilt, getting on with the job. Day in and day out, they worked with quiet determination, extraordinary skill, and unwavering dedication. It wasn’t just about getting it done - it was about getting it right. Their attention to detail was impeccable too. From the fine finishing touches to complex behind-the-scenes infrastructure work - like moving the utility room, installing a new boiler and electrical panel, or preparing a toilet room for a future sauna - everything was executed with care and precision. They also coordinated seamlessly with the kitchen installation team, ensuring everything fit together like clockwork. They still have a key to the house and remain our go-to team - a testament to the trust and respect built over the course of this project. It’s rare to find people who care this deeply about the quality of their work and the people they work for, and we genuinely feel lucky to have found them. for anything we need.
